Serviceability charges (if applicable)

If your property is not currently connected to our drinking water or wastewater network, a serviceability charge may apply.

  • Serviceability (drinking water) - 100% of the fixed drinking water charge
  • Serviceability (wastewater) - 50% of the fixed wastewater charge

These charges apply where:

  • Your property is able to connect to our network, and
  • Water supply and/or wastewater infrastructure is available for connection (your property is within 100m from the relevant drinking water or wastewater supply network).
