Your first bill will look different as it brings all your drinking water and wastewater charges together in one place, for the first time.
What to expect on your first bill
For your first bill, there are a few timing changes to be aware of:
- Selwyn District Council has already billed you for some charges up to 30 June
- New prices apply from 1 July
- If you have a water meter; your bill may include water usage charged at both the old and new rates.
All charges (except water usage) will now be shown as a daily rate and applied over the number of days since your last bill.
