Our current process
We are currently developing a new building and development engineering process, including how we manage applications, approvals, inspections, and online forms to help streamline this process.
As part of this work, we’re reviewing our development model and building the systems needed to support a smooth and consistent experience for developers and property owners.
We’ll continue to add pages to our website as these processes are confirmed.
In the meantime, our team continues to work closely with Selwyn District Council for all drinking water and wastewater development across the district.
